Mine lamp flameproof LED roadway lamp
1. Application
It is widely used as fixed lighting in coal mine roadway and adit room with methane, coal dust and other explosive mixture gas.
2. Product features
This lamp adopts high-power LED as the light source, with very low power consumption. Under the same illumination, the power consumption is 1/10 of that of incandescent lamp and 1/2 of that of energy-saving fluorescent lamp, which has obvious energy-saving effect.
Built-in high-quality switching power supply, wide working voltage, LED cold light source, average service life up to 100,000 hours, continuous use without replacement.
The lamp adopts the unique design of separate chamber of power source and light source, which makes the whole lamp not only beautiful in appearance and easy to install, but also greatly improves the performance of explosion proof, shock resistance, shock resistance and heat resistance of the lamp. All the indicators fully conform to the national and industrial standards of mine explosion proof lamps.
The light source adopts dc and low-voltage power supply, no strobe and electromagnetic interference, no red (purple) radiation, no mercury vapor and other pollutants in fluorescent lamps, which is in line with the future production standards of European Union lamps and lanterns, and is a safe and healthy lighting source with obvious environmental protection effect.
The shell is made of high-pressure die-cast aluminum, the surface powder is electrostatic sprayed, the high-temperature silicone rubber sealing box is toughened and transparent glass, and the design is integrated.
