KXJ3-127 mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe type Programmable control box, with PLC programmable controller / intrinsic safety power supply / touch screen / switching power supply / safety isolatior grid and other components. The system has the functions of switch control point, analog data acquisition, data processing, communication transmission and so on.the operation data signals and the sensor signals of the various controlled devices on the scene can be acquired.The intelligent centralized control of various downhole electric transmission systems can be controlled by the PLC program control. By touching the screen of the display screen, the real-time working state, the monitoring data and the process flow parameters of each node of the control system can be visually, conveniently and clearly displayed. The system has the function of remote networking. All kinds of operation states of the control system can be transmitted to the ground upper computer such as dispatching room for monitoring and operation control.
Scope of application
Mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe type Programmable control box is mainly used for system control of heavy load, heavy load and multi-motor transmission equipment in dangerous place of methane and coal dust explosion in coal mine.And the conversion with intrinsically safe explosion-proof type.Especially suitable for belt conveyor drive,hoist or winch transmission control and protection system,main pump room multi- pump centralized control system,local ventilation equipment centralized control system and other fully automatic intelligent control.
