1.Summary
DFB-20/10 mine flameproof solenoid valve,it is suitable for use in mines where methane and coal dust in the surrounding air do not exceed the safe content stipulated in the Coal Mine Safety Regulations,as water, emulsion, oil and viscosity is small, non-flammable, no suspended substance in the liquid pipeline control full open, full closed use.

2.Structural Characteristics and Working Principle

2.1.DFB-20/10Mine flameproof solenoid valve is a direct-controlled two-position normally closed structure, the upper part of the valve body is special electromagnet.As a power source for direct opening and closing valves.The lower part of the valve body is the seat, which consists of components such as inlet, outlet, guide valve port and movable iron core.After electrification, under the action of electromagnetic effect, the active core produces enough lifting force to overcome the spring and medium pressure, so that the active core is separated from the water guide valve mouth, the valve mouth is opened, and the medium is in circulation. On the contrary, when the power is cut off, under the action of spring and medium pressure, the movable iron core closes the water guide valve mouth, and the medium can not flow.

2.2.DFB-20/10mine flameproof solenoid valve can open the valve normally in the nominal pressure range and when the flow rate is close to zero or the pressure difference between inlet and outlet is zero, so the working reliability is high.

2.3.A high efficiency mesh filter is built into the inlet of the solenoid valve, which can effectively prevent impurities in the medium with a diameter of more than 0.5 mm from flowing through the valve body, thus avoiding adverse effects caused by harmful impurities.

2.4.According to the user's needs, the solenoid valve can be automatically opened and closed periodically after switching on 36 V or 127 V of power supply without saving the power box and sensor of the control device. The time of opening and closing, the user can determine when ordering.
