System introduction
Underground water pump is one of the main equipment to ensure the safety of coal mine production, and it is an important part of integrated automation construction to realize the remote control and monitoring of underground pump room.At present, in the underground pump room drainage system design, generally set up a number of pumps,working in turn.These pumps have high voltage, high power and complex operating conditions, making it difficult for human to monitor them in real time.In addition, the traditional manual operation mode is generally adopted for the water filling (vacuum) of the suction pipe before the pump starts, the monitoring of water level, and the operation and management of equipment in the pump room.The traditional operation process is tedious, labor intensity is big, human factors are many, pumping time is long, low level of automation, can not meet the requirements of modern mine management, therefore, it is necessary to make the pump room pump automatic control.The mine main drainage pump automatic monitoring system designed and developed by our company can solve above problems well.
System Functions
A variety of control modes are available, including seven working modes of automaticcentralized control, semi-automaticcentralized control, manualcentralized control, local automaticcontrol, local semi-automaticcontrol, local manual controland local maintenance (debugging).
Each pump can choose operation, standby, maintenance and other operation modes, so as to improve the overall operation reliability and efficiency of the pump room.
The system has a variety of protection and voice alarm functions. When switch failure, pump body overheating, bearing overheating, motor overheating, pressure drop, flow drop, motor overload, valve failure, etc., the system will automatically stop running and warning.
The system has complete detection functions, which can detect a series of parameters in real time, such as flow rate, sump water level, outlet pressure, vacuum degree, motor temperature, pump body temperature, current, voltage and gate valve state.
Video image monitoring device is configured to monitor the working state of field equipment in real time.
The ground control room monitors the industrial control computer with one main and one standby, and displays the 21-inch large-screen TFT color LCD, which can visually display the running state of process equipment, production condition parameters and equipment failure state by animation, graphics and Chinese characters.
Underground control machine has menu-type operation interface. All protection values can be set by cursor and keyboard.
The system has historical data report, historical curve query, historical fault record, fault shielding, parameter setting, display function and report printing.
Communication interface configured in the system: Ethernet, PROFIBUS and RS485 interfaces are available, which can easily connect with the power monitoring system and the whole mine automation system.

4. Transmission channel:
Ethernet communication transmission rate is 10/100 Mbps, single-mode optical fiber transmission is 20km, and multi-mode optical fiber transmission is 3km;
Ethernet communication transmission rate is 10/100 Mbps adaptive, and the maximum transmission distance of the socket is 100 m;
When the PROFIBUS\MODBUS communication transmission speed is 1200 BPS, the maximum transmission distance can reach 10 km;
The video communication signal amplitude is 1 Vp -p (75 Ω load), for the NTSC or PAL video formats.
