Product Description

1.Overview
KHJ0.5/24 (B) mine safety type intelligent abrupt stop switch (hereinafter referred to as the abrupt stop switch) is suitable for the coal mine with explosive gas (CH4) environment and open-pit coal mine, coal preparation plant, such as the workplace, as for mine belt conveyor protection of electric control device of the emergency stop signal detection and running deviation, longitudinal tear protection box and functions in the junction box.

2.Electrical function
2.1.Self-locking function: When the two sides of the sensor are stretched in place, the sensor realizes self-locking. At this time, the external force is removed and the fault signal output is maintained.
2.2.Station alignment: When the sensor operates, it outputs the fault signal and station number information at the same time, helping the operator to quickly lock the fault location.
2.3.Light signal prompt: When the sensor is operating, the high-brightness red lights on both sides of the sensor light up, indicating the sensor status.
2.4.Digital registration display of 64 emergency stop fault points.
