Structural features

1. The arc extinguishing chamber and operating mechanism of the circuit breaker are configured in front and back, and connected as a whole through the transmission mechanism to ensure the overall matching performance of the circuit breaker.
2. Adopting medium sealed ceramic vacuum interrupter, copper chromium contact material and longitudinal magnetic field contact structure are recognized as advanced arc extinguishing methods in the world.
3. The vacuum interrupter is installed in the insulating cylinder formed by APG technology, which not only reduces the overall size of the circuit breaker, but also prevents the damage and surface pollution caused by foreign matters.
4. On the basis of drawing on the advantages of similar products abroad, the inner skirt and reinforcing rib are added to improve the insulation level and the ability to resist dynamic stable current.
5. The operating mechanism adopts the spring energy storage type, which has two functions of electric and manual energy storage. When the circuit breaker is working, the energy of the energy storage spring is transmitted to the linkage mechanism through the output cam, and then to the moving contact part through the linkage mechanism.
