Scope and application

The mine flameproof control button (hereinafter referred to as the button) is mainly applicable to the underground coal mine with explosive gas (methane) mixture. It is connected to the control circuit of 36V and below, and directly cooperates with the contactor to remotely control the signal, electromagnetic starter and other equipment. One button is used for one-way inching, two buttons for one-way starting and three buttons for reversible starting control circuit.

a. Ambient pressure: 86 ~ 110 kPa
b. Ambient temperature - 20 ºC ~ + 40 ºC
c. The relative humidity of air is not more than 95% (+ 25 ºC)
d. In coal mines with methane explosive gas mixture
e. In the environment without damaging metal and insulating gas and vapor
f. Installation category: Class III
g. Pollution level: 3.

Product structure

* The shell, the upper cover and the junction box are connected with the bolt by the plane flameproof surface, and the terminal post and the button control rod are connected with the shell or the upper cover by the cylindrical flameproof surface.
