Main application
QJZ-2×80(120)/1140(660)SF Coal mine fan explosion-proof dual power vacuum electromagnetic starter (hereinafter referred to as the starter) is applicable to the coal mine underground. In the AC 50Hz voltage 1140V or 660V line, it controls the local counter rotating fan, and has the main machine and the standby machine automatically switch various working modes, so as to ensure the uninterrupted air supply of the coal mine and the safety of production.
Technical characteristics
The device is designed and manufactured according to the safety requirements of the current coal mine underground double fans and double power supply uninterrupted ventilation. It uses high-performance single-chip microcomputer as the control core to carry out real-time monitoring and fault handling of the running state of the controller, so as to realize the mutual switching of the running state of the main and standby machines, and the state indication of the device is displayed by Chinese LCD. It has the advantages of reliable performance and accurate action. With RS-485 communication interface, it can realize remote monitoring and control conveniently.

Operating environment
1.It is suitable for underground coal mine with explosive gas;
2.The altitude is not more than 2000 meters, and the ambient pressure is (0.8 ~ 1.1) × 105Pa;
3.Where there is no dripping or water invasion, the ambient temperature is -5ºC ~ +40ºC.
4.The relative humidity of the surrounding air is no more than 95% (+25ºC).
5.Water or other liquids must be prevented from entering the soft starter.
6.On lines Hz, AC 50 voltage of 1140 V or 660 V or 380 V;Gas in the surrounding medium that does not damage the metal or the insulation.
