Frequency Converter for Emulsion Pump
1. Product Introduction
BPJ1-315(400)/1140R series mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe emulsion pump inverter is a high-tech product integrating all-digital frequency conversion speed regulation technology and related heat dissipation technology. This product is suitable for the control of emulsion pumping station with AC 50Hz, motor power 110KW~400KW and rated voltage 1140V. It can handle the dynamic process during sudden unloading, and the DC bus voltage suppression of the inverter is more stable and the current fluctuation is small. In addition to limiting the voltage and current fluctuations of the busbar, the acceleration and deceleration time of the special inverter for the emulsion pump can be set to 5 seconds for the characteristics of rapid pressure drop of the emulsion pump, that is, the inverter accelerates from zero speed to 50Hz full speed at full speed. The time is only 5 seconds, which makes the pressure follow better.

4. Features
(1)It adopts advanced SVPWM space vector PWM modulation control, with large output torque, 150% rated torque can be achieved at 0.5Hz, and the maximum torque output can reach 220%.
(2)The frequency converter adopts the "unit series multi-level" topology, "high-high" direct input and output mode, and reduces the input side harmonics through phase shift multiplexing technology, reducing the harmonic pollution to the power grid.
(3)The output voltage is composed of multiple power units in series, which are modulated and superimposed by SVPWM waveforms, reducing the output voltage harmonic content and output voltage dv/dt change rate, truly achieving perfect harmonic-free, and the output cable can be up to 5000 meters.
(4)Asymmetric mechanical bypass technology, if a power unit in the three phases fails, only the faulty unit is mechanically bypassed, and by changing the phase voltage angle, the generated line voltage three phases are kept 120° symmetrical and equal in amplitude.
(5)The core unit adopts a slide pull-out design, which can be easily replaced. The bolt-free buckle design allows the IGBT module and rectifier diode and other heating components to be directly attached to the board for cooling. There is no need for an internal circulation water cooling system, which improves the system stability. There is no need to wait for a series of internal circulation protections such as the detection of water ion concentration, which improves safety and stability.
(6)Excellent overcurrent suppression and overvoltage suppression functions can avoid frequent failures and meet the requirements of complex working conditions.
(7)Built-in insulation monitoring system can monitor the insulation status between the inverter and the motor in real time to achieve effective leakage protection.
(8)With automatic power balancing function, it can provide precise load distribution control, and the power imbalance is less than 2%.
