1. Purpose
The HP345-RZ(6) mine belt conveyor soft-starting drive protection control host is suitable for places with gas and dust explosion hazards, AC 50Hz, voltage 660V or 1140V power supply system, to realize the start of the belt conveyor motor, Stop, master-slave sequence control, and protect the motor and power supply circuit. This device uses Siemens PLC as the control core, and a 7-inch Chinese Chinese display embedded computer as the human-computer interaction interface. It can be connected to multiple communication modes such as RS485 communication module and industrial Ethernet module, and can be networked with the ground control center to achieve centralized control.
