Mine flameproof and intrinsically safe communication control device
1.Summary
KXJ127 (A) / KXH127 (A) mine flameproof and intrinsically safe communication signal control device is composed of host and extension. (one main unit and three extensions are provided as standard). The main engine is kxj127 (a) mine flameproof and intrinsically safe controller (referred to as: host or Control device). The extension is kxh127 (a) mine used flameproof and intrinsically safe language acousto-optic signal device (hereinafter referred to as extension or signal).
The device is suitable for the mine with explosive gas (methane) and coal dust, mainly used for the timing signal, intercom communication and control of winch transportation or belt transportation in coal mine. The control mode is to lock locally through the authorized host and extension.Control the start and stop of winch or other equipment. The device can only be operated after passing the radio frequency card reading certification, which ensures that other personnel can not start the equipment arbitrarily, and fundamentally eliminates the illegal operation in underground operation.
2.Product mix
The upper part of KXJ127 (A) main engine is flameproof chamber, including transformer, drive board, etc. The lower part is intrinsically safe chamber, including display screen, control board, waterproof horn, RF card reader, etc.
The upper part of KXH127 (A) unit is an explosion-proof chamber, which contains drive plate, etc. The lower part is intrinsically safe chamber, containing control board, waterproof horn, etc.
3. Use environment
3.1 ambient temperature: 0 ºC ~ + 40 ºC;
3.2 average relative humidity: no more than 95% (+ 25 ºC);
3.3 atmospheric pressure: 80kpa-106kpa;
3.4 occasions without significant vibration and impact;
3.5 there is an explosive mixture of methane and coal dust in the coal mine, but there is no corrosive gas damaging the insulation,no direct dripping and water showering occasions;
3.6 environmental noise: no more than 70dB (A-weighted)
