1.Basic configuration of operation platform
The operation platform is equipped with: button, knob switch, main command handle (high gain adjustable resistor),intrinsically safe touch screen, indicator light and digital display tube, etc. lts quantity and control box match,convenient control winch, belt machine, water pump and so on equipment.
2.Main functions of operation platform
The operation platform is used for manual, automatic,overhaul and other operation control of vanious electronic control systems in conjunction with mine flameproof and intrinsically safe programmable control boxes, such as the manual control of the lecric control system of winch when canmiomace and adustment of the ecronic control system of belt conveyor,and the operation, debugging and maintenance of the electronic control system of water pump,etc.
Scope of application
TH-24 mining intrinsically safe type operation platform is mainly used for automatic operation and manual control of heavy load, heavy load and mult-motor transmisson mecharonic equipment in mines with methane explosive gas and coal dust explosion danger,especially suitable for belt conveyor transmission, hoist or winch transmission control and protecton system, multi-pump centralized control system and centralized control system in the main pump room, etc.
