1. Purpose
The electric control device for mine belt conveyor protection (hereinafter referred to as the electric control device) is mainly equipped with explosion-proof and intrinsic safety control console, explosion-proof and intrinsically safe PLC control box and various protection sensors, which are suitable for the environment with gas and coal dust explosion in coal mine. It is used for electrical control, monitoring and comprehensive protection of belt conveyor and other equipment in coal mine. It can also be used for the control device of electrical equipment in the harsh environment of metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, electric power, transportation, grain and other industries.
1.It has the functions of language warning and language accident alarm. The language alarm can not only report the nature of the fault, but also the number of the belt conveyor;
2.It has the same functions as similar products, such as remote control, local control, centralized control, etc;
3.It has the function of speed measurement and temperature measurement, and can directly display the temperature value and speed value;
4.It has field programmable function;
5.It has the function of input / output point expansion;
