Main application

Mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe low voltage AC soft starter (hereinafter referred to as starter) is suitable for mine containing explosive dangerous gas and coal dust. in AC 50Hz, rated voltage AC1140V (660V) power supply system, four three-phase squirrel cage motors with current below 400A can be started in many forms (such as current limiting, voltage slope and power torque slope). The device PLC is the control core, and the 7-inch Chinese embedded computer is used as the human-computer interaction interface. Support Profibus-DP, industrial Ethernet communication, can achieve centralized control with the ground control center network.

Technical characteristics

1. The soft starting driver adopts WTR-200 controller, and the soft starting performance is stable and reliable, and has the double protection of soft starting and straight up.

2. The starting parameters can be set flexibly according to different loads, and the optimal current curve and torque control characteristics can be obtained.
3. he starting current can be adjusted according to the load, the starting loss is reduced, the optimum torque is generated at the minimum current.
4. The pilot circuit of the equipment is an intrinsically safe circuit, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of spontaneous starting accident caused by short circuit or grounding of the control line.
5. Siemens PLC is used as the control core, which can easily realize the centralized control of networking and support Profibus-DP, industrial Ethernet communication.
6. The embedded human-computer interaction interface can display the operating conditions of each unit, motor current, voltage real-time display and fault status display, and has the functions of fault record query, current, voltage curve query and so on.

Each drive circuit has an independent monitoring and protection unit, which is not affected by each other, and only transmits data and instructions to each other through the formation of the field bus ring network with the superior plc core unit.
