Mining Intrinsically Safe Temperature Seneor for Belt Convery

1. Overview

GWD100 Mine temperature sensor is suitable for coal level protection signal detection of mine belt conveyor protection device, which is suitable for coal mine underground environment containing explosive gas (CH4), open-pit coal mine, coal preparation plant and other workplaces.

2.Principle of equipment
The detection probe of the sensor is close to or close to the measured part. When the ambient temperature and the temperature of the measured point are lower than the set temperature value, the sensor will not act. When the ambient temperature or the temperature of the measured point exceeds the set temperature value, the sensor outputs the overtemperature signal to the host, and directly judges the temperature signal. When the temperature exceeds the set value, the host controls the output to stop.

3. Main technical parameters
3.1. Working voltage: DC12 ± 0.5V;
3.2. Action performance: when the temperature of the measured point exceeds the action temperature, the sensor output normally open node is closed; when the measured point temperature is lower than the action temperature, the sensor output normally open node is disconnected.


4.Functional features
4.1. Temperature detection: the driving drum, motor or environment temperature can be accurately detected;
4.2. Signal output: when the sensor acts, the fault signal is output to the control and residence;
4.3. Temperature range adjustable: the sensor can set the alarm temperature according to the customer's use setting conditions.
