Mining Intrinsically Safe Deviation Sensor for Belt Conveyor
1.Summary The device is suitable for underground coal mines, open-pit coal mines, coal preparation plants and other workplaces. It is used to detect the deviation protection signal of the comprehensive protection device of the belt conveyor.

3.Working principle The deviation probe rod of the sensor is located at the limit position of the allowable deviation of the belt. Normally, the belt does not contact the deviation probe rod, and the two terminals of the sensor are not connected; when the belt deviation contacts the deviation probe rod and pushes the probe rod to deviate from the normal position by 30 ± 3 °, the two terminals of the sensor are connected.
