System Functions
- 1. Centralized control function.Realize the system interlock, start, stop control, protection, ventilator working state online monitoring and data communication and other functions.At the same time, in order to ensure the safe operation of the system when PLC exits or fails, the system has complete manual control and alarm instruments such as motor, fan bearing and motor stator temperature.
- 2. Conduct online monitoring of fan working status. Collection and display various technological parameters of the equipment operation ventilation room, electrical parameters, electrical equipment running status. Monitoring parameters include inlet static pressure, air volume, gas concentration, fan bearing temperature, motor bearing temperature, motor winding temperature, fan vibration, motor power, current, voltage and power factor. Fan gate switch state, brake switch state, fan main motor start and stop signal and positive and negative turn signal, high voltage cabinet circuit breaker closing and breaking position, spring mechanism energy storage state, ground switch and experimental position, fault alarm, accident trip, abnormal protection device and other signals. Real-time display of fan operating point and efficiency.
- 3. It can monitor data in real time and display them in dynamic graphics and figures. It can draw characteristic curve of fan performance and output it through printer.
- 4. Storage and query of various monitoring data. The system saves the data of 365 days from the day, in which the average value of one hour is stored for every hour, and records the average value of all kinds of monitoring data and the trend chart of various parameters of 24 hours a day.
- 5. Display, accident alarm and recall functions of each working condition can be realized. The operating point of the fan can be shown on the performance curve of the fan. When the fan runs abnormally, the system can give alarm prompt on all relevant interfaces, and record various parameters, dates and times within one hour from the current moment for later analysis.
- 6. High voltage electric control cabinet can be overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, leakage monitoring, alarm and reverse control.
- 7. The system has the function of fault self-diagnosis, and analyzes and judges the fault. Printing operation report (shift, day, month, year) and alarm and fault real-time report.
- 8. Network with the mine dispatch room: transmit the operation status of each equipment in the ventilation room to the mine dispatch center in real time through high-speed industrial Ethernet.
- 9. Double monitoring is adopted for the bearing at both ends of the motor, the motor stator (three-phase) and the bearing temperature at both ends of the fan.
