Application
This device PLC as the control core, 7 inch Chinese Chinese display embedded computer as man-machine interface. It is specially designed for the belt conveyor, which integrates the driving, protection, lighting power and other functions of the belt conveyor to realize the starting and stopping control, automatic tensioning, coal feeder control, brake motor control, belt winding machine control, deviation, overtemperature, skidding and other basic protection, starting warning and fault warning functions of the belt conveyor.

Technical advantages and functional characteristics

5. PLC is adopted as the control core to facilitate centralized network control and support Profibus and industrial Ethernet communication;
6. The embedded human-machine interaction interface can display the operating conditions of each device, motor current and temperature real-time display and fault state display, with the functions of fault record query, current and temperature curve query, etc.;
7. The pilot circuit of the equipment is intrinsically safe circuit, which can effectively prevent spontaneous starting accidents caused by short circuit or grounding of the control circuit.
