Summary
This product is suitable for coal mine underground where there is gas and coal dust explosion danger. Due to its long projection distance and wide irradiation range, it is widely used in roadway construction lighting, wellhead lighting, belt conveyor lighting, tunneling lighting, tunneling working face anchoring and spraying, vertical shaft lighting, underground coal bunker, remote lighting of camera.
Use of environment
(1)It can be used for underground lighting in coal mine as well as other underground and underground lighting places.
(2)The ambient temperature should be -20ºC ~ +40ºC.
Product characteristics
(1) Mining explosion-proof LED light is composed of shell, front cover, back cover, bracket, installation tray and LED. The shell, the front cover and the back cover are all made of international 102 cast aluminum with high strength and certain impact resistance. Transparent cover for toughened glass, high light transmittance, strong impact resistance.
(2) The LED assembly consists of a LED light source, a radiator, a LED constant current driver and a lens. The LED light source is 70 W high-power integrated light source.
(3) The radiator is a special radiator for LED; the constant current driver has a combination of constant current drive circuit board and cover, and then is sealed with FM705 sealing ring, which has the characteristics of seismic and waterproof lamp.
(4) The front cover is equipped with steel wire mesh, which effectively protects the toughened glass of the front cover and makes it more safe.
(5) The use of ring support and installation tray, make installation more simple and convenient.
