Product Description

1.Product use
GEJ30 deviation sensor is suitable for underground coal mine, open-pit coal mine and coal preparation plant. It is used to detect the deviation protection signal of mine belt conveyor comprehensive protection device.

2. Functional features
2.1. The product has the advantages of simple wiring, less explosion loss points and easy maintenance;

2.4. It can realize the real-time positioning function of deviation;


3. Technical parameters
3.1. Contact capacity: 24 V / 0.5 A;
3.2. Contact resistance: the contact resistance of closed contact shall not be greater than 0.1 Ω, and shall not be greater than 0.2 Ω after vibration, impact and service life;

4. Working principle
The deviation detection rod of the sensor is located at the limit position where the belt can run. In normal condition, the belt does not contact the deviation detection rod, and the two terminal blocks of the sensor are not connected; when the belt deviation contacts the deviation probe rod and pushes the probe rod to deviate from the normal position by 30 ° ± 3 °, the two terminal blocks of the sensor are connected.
