Product features
The type of explosion proof transformer substation is composed of movable flameproof switch box and movable explosion proof transformer substation used in mine KBSGZY series mining explosion proof mobile substation is a complete set of movable power supply and transformation equipment used in coal mine. It is not only suitable for the mine environment with methane mixture and coal dust and explosion risk, but also suitable for the gas and steam environment which is not enough to corrode metal and damage insulation.


Working conditions
1. The installation height shall not exceed 1 000 m above sea level, otherwise specified in special environment
2. Ambient temperature:
The highest temperature is + 40 ºC
The average temperature of the hottest month is + 30 ºC
The highest annual average temperature is + 20 ºC
The minimum temperature is - 5 ºC
3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 95% (+ 25 ºC)
4. In the mine with methane gas mixture and coal dust and explosion risk
5. In the environment without strong turbulence, vibration and inclination of vertical plane not more than 150
6. No gas and steam sufficient to corrode metal and damage insulation
7. No dripping place
8. The waveform of power supply voltage is similar to sine wave
9. The three-phase power supply voltage is approximately symmetrical.

System function
* It can be displayed in English or Vietnamese the current grid voltage and load current value, resistance value, protection action reason.
* It has the function of communication networking, and can transmit the power grid situation to the superior in real time. It can also realize remote power grid control.
* It can realize leakage, leakage locking, short circuit, overload, over-voltage, under voltage, over temperature protection, three-phase imbalance and other protection functions.
* The trip cause is long-term memory, with the first 100 fault trip causes and time records.
* It can simulate the fault test and self check function to ensure the operation without fault.

System structure
The dry-type transformer is with 2 kinds of basic structure. One is the box-typed explosion-proof structure with the upper cover open, which is applicable for the products at 800kVA and over. It's made up of the body, the corrugated box, the upper cover, the tipping transformation flange box, the connection transformation flange box, the high & low voltage side junction box and the flange roller wheel. The other is the box-typed explosion-proof structure with the two ports open, which is applicable for the products at 630kVA and lower. It's made up of the body, the corrugated box, the high and low voltage side port cover and junction box, the tipping transformation flange box, the connection transformation flange box, the mobile trailer and the flange roller wheel. The product is with the excellent performance on explosion-proof and enough mechanical strength. The outer covering would not damage or deform under the hydraulic pressure at 1MPa.
There's the electrical interlock on the high & low voltage side junction box, which could trip the high voltage power distribution unit when opening the junction box if the power supply is not shut off. It must have the warning of "It's strictly forbidden to open the cover with power supply." on the cover without the electrical interlock, so as to warn the operator to cut off the power supply before opening the cover.
There are 4 big rings on the upper part of the body for hanging the transformer. For the small rings on the port cover or upper cover, they are used to hanging the port cover or upper cover for assembly, repairing and checking.
